Blueberries in Pies Give Smooth, Sexy Thighs!
Have you tried blueberry pie yet? It is delicious and if eaten in moderation, blueberry pie is a good, healthy dessert.
Blueberries contain more disease-fighting antioxidants than most fruit or vegetable. To assist in maintaining good health, antioxidant-rich blueberries are a great choice.
Blueberries are sweet but low in calories. Perfect for weight control, a cup of blueberries contain just 80 calories!
Aside from assisting with the protection from free radicals, the antioxidants in blueberries can also protect against other cell damage that results in signs of aging and wrinkled skin.
Researchers at the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University found that 2/3s of a cup of blueberries provides the same antioxidant protection against free radicals as 1,773 IU of vitamin E or 1,270 milligrams of vitamin C.
Blueberries have lots of soluble fiber. This helps lower your cholesterol levels and is beneficial to the digestive system, adding bulk to stools without over-stimulating bowel movements.

Blueberries are great! I enjoy them every chance I get. But I'm an over-fifty, single male. I just don't spend a lot of time working of food preparation. I really do better getting my anti-aging ammo from a bottle. My favorite is Jean Carper's products. She's go a whole range available, such as cinnamon and green tea extracts, fish oils, etc. I've notice a difference since I've been taking them AND I don't have an prep time - just swallow a couple of pills with my morning OJ. That might be more practical for many of us. Here's a link to Jean's site if you'd like to check it out yourself: http://www.stopagingnow.com/products
