What, I can lose weight eating donuts?!

Yes you can! I have lost about 53 lbs in the last 2 years while still eating desserts like donuts and cheesecake. No I don't eat large portions of it, but I also don't eat it just once in a blue moon either. I enjoy a little of it almost every day. I know these so-called "junk foods" don't have much nutrition and won't earn any anti aging stars. However, just eating a small portion each day helps me stick to my healthy eating plan.

I eat 2 nutritious meals a day, plus 1 small dessert like a donut, and 2 servings of fresh fruit. I find it very easy to stick with the program. I don't feel cravings for anything and I exercise just 20 minutes a day.

Give it a try. It will work for you too.

I agree as I have always maintained a slim figure but also love deserts and sweet treats. I always have a couple of chocolate biscuits and a few squares of chocolate a day but also eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. If you are on a weight loss diet you will be more successful if you don't deny yourself the occassional treat.

LOL - I have long called a chocolate donut and coffee a healthfood breakfast - finally someone else sees the light. Chocolate is full of great enzymes and coffee when fresh actually is loaded with phytonutrients. You don't need to starve to keep thin - fat is a not a disease, it's a symptom.
Here's to enjoying health without giving up your life to do it!
Keep up the good word.

I wouldn't be able to stay on a diet if I couldn't still have a daily sweet treat. It's just a matter of eating one treat and not overindulging.
