Welcome to fightaging. I hope you find interesting, useful health and anti-aging info here. As always, more voices are better than one, so share your opinions or tips on anti aging and health.
I spent over 25 years in banking and finance, assisting businesses in financial distress. Somewhere along the way, I stopped paying attention to my weight and overall health and I ballooned up to a lethargic 247 lbs.
I looked older, felt terrible and anti-aging suddenly moved from just a strong interest, to my uppermost priority.
Finally after enough shame and embarrassment I dug in my heels and began to take action. Whoa, what a difference a little action can make! Did I fall off the wagon occasionally on my path to better health? Sure I did, we all do. But, I got right back up and went at it again.
What were the results of my new action steps? I lost over 50lbs., cleared up skin problems, gained lots of energy and clear thinking and generally recovered my zest for Life.
Now I devote my time to investigating and writing about health and anti-aging in hopes of helping others get their own lives back.
Remember, take consistent action.
