Your Body Doesn't Absorb The Calcium in Spinach

Yes, we know spinach is low in calories and a great anti aging food. It has alot of vitamins and minerals, especially calcium and iron.

Calcium and iron are anti aging stars in helping us guard against cancer and fight aging. If you depend on spinach to provide you calcium and iron, be warned.

Spinach contains a chemical called oxalic acid. Oxalic acid binds with iron and calcium and thus reduces the absorption of these minerals.

However, there's a way to get around it. Eat spinach with vitamin C foods such as tomatoes or any citrus fruit. Vitamin C helps your body absorp the minerals more efficiently.

With that said, spinach is a great source of vitamin A which is beneficial to your vision. Vitamin A in spinach also assists in slowing down the onset of wrinkly skin and helps you fight aging. Just 1-2 cups of spinach every other day provides the nutrients necessary to a healthy immune system. A healthy immune system may help to minimize the number of visits to the doctor.

A cup of cooked spinach also provides a host of anti-aging vitamins and minerals such as riboflavin, vitamin B6, Folate, magnesium, and carotenoids such as beta carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin.

Hey Randy,
We're crazy about spinach. There is a great restuarant close by where we get a fresh spinach omelet with Gouda cheese.
It's great. we have to split it because it is so big.
Chuck and I are into HEALTHY foods.

Spinach is a great for you. Any dark green leafy vegetables are the best. This is where we get our minerals from and is great for your skin. I have psoriasis and did much research on this. I add it when ever I can.

Friends spinach having lots of anti aging qualities. If people take some amount of spinach daily in any form, it will keep away us from many problem. But today's generation prefer taking drugs rather than using natural supplements.

There are many other supplements available in the market, some are really good and the person who wants to use other supplements for being younger & keep you away from diseases, you must gather proper information about anti aging supplements and consult the doctors for it.

Thanks
